Devon Jones is the co-founder of Crown Connections. Mr. Jones is a lifelong learner with experience in the fields of social work and nonprofit management and development.

Devon Jones is the co-founder of Crown Connections. Mr. Jones is a lifelong learner with experience in the fields of social work and nonprofit management and development. He holds two Master's Degrees in Social Administration and Non-Profit Organizations from the Jack Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. After working with various non-profit organizations such as the Cleveland Observer and the Phe’be Foundation Devon realized the need for organizations to receive meaningful and innovative assistance in reaching their mission and vision. He’s a strategist, design thinker, radical, and innovator with expertise in strategic planning, grant writing, and community engagement.

Having experience working with both younger and older individuals Mr.Jones has a wide breadth of knowledge in programmatic implementation and evaluation.Through continued service and engagement he seeks to improve the outcomes and longevity of non-profit organizations by working closely with leadership and those providing the organization serves.

Kathryn Ross
Kathryn Ross is the co-founder of Crown Connections. Ms. Ross is a strategist, researcher, teacher, facilitator, and visionary thinker providing resource development, programmatic design and management, technical assistance, and capacity building.
Ms. Ross holds two Master's degrees and a certificate from the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Science in both Social Work and Nonprofit Management and a certificate in trauma-informed practice. Her undergraduate degrees are in psychology and biology, from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She is passionate about youth development, social-emotional learning, trauma-informed care, solution finding, visionary, and empowering the next generation of innovative Changemakers for system-level change and positive deviance.
