For Cleveland Residents seeking to make a positive impact, consider the grant provided by Neighborhood Connections. Neighborhood Connections is a 501 © 3 organization designed to empower individuals focused on positively impacting their neighborhoods. With grants of $250-$5,000 awarded to trusted individuals in the community, Neighborhood Connections seeks to fund community-driven projects for individuals or organizations with or without a 501 © 3 designation.

Stand Together Foundation is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty in America by driving change from within communities. The foundation is building a community of social entrepreneurs who believe in people, work from the bottom up, and unite with anyone to do right. Since 2016, Stand Together Foundation has committed over $120 million and counting to fuel the innovation of nonprofits throughout the country to build stronger, safer communities where all people can learn, contribute, and realize their full potential.
